CANCELLATION POLICY
At Goldnhr Studio ,I deeply value your time-and i kindly ask the same in return.Please review the following policies before booking: CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULES -changes made 72+hours before your appointment are always appreciated. -If you cancel or reschedule within 48hours a 50% fee of your scheduled service will apply. -NO SHOWS or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. RUNNING LATE? -I allow a 10-minute grace period. After that ,a $1 per minute late fee will apply(UP TO 20 MIN) -If you are more than 20 min late,your appointment will be cancelled and charged in full. FEELING UNWELL? If youre feeling under the weather,I completely understand-Life happens! I offer one complimentary reschedule for illness,as long as im notified ASAP (24-48 HOURS if able)any future occurrences will be subject to the standard 50% reschedule fee. by booking you agree to these terms and understand that last-minute changes can directly affect my business.
